Additional Rental Fees & Information

A security deposit of $100 along with a signed contract is required to book an event. The full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your event.

If alcohol is served at your event, the renter must pay a $300 security deposit* and provide a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $__ . ___ along with Host Liquor Liability Permit.

The exit checklist must be completed and returned within 5 business days after your event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Upon receipt of the completed exit checklist, GCCEC will refund the security deposit within 15 business days.

Additional hours may be granted if there is not an additional event booked. (Call for approval)

Unless otherwise approved, all items brought in by the renter must be removed within the contracted time period. Examples of these types of items include but are not limited to: decorations, linens, chairs, glassware, alcohol etc. Failure to remove these types of items within the contracted time period will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and may require additional charges or rental fees.

Renters are responsible for ensuring all trash is taken to the dumpster behind the building before leaving. In the event that you may need it, GCCEC can provide trash cans. **

If any spills are to occur, the renter is required to mop it up. GCCEC has the necessary equipment on hand. Please ask for location of supplies.

If the warming kitchen was used, please clean and mop the floor, wash all dishes, and dispose of all unused food.

Do not leave food in refrigerators.
Alcohol

Renter understands and agrees that alcohol is permitted inside the GCCEC only and is not to be consumed outside the building. Prior notification and proof of insurance is required for use of alcohol.

No alcohol is allowed outside.
Cancellation
​

Renter understands that if a cancellation should occur prior to 30 days of the event, a full refund will be given. If the cancellation should occur within 30 days of the event, then all money will be forfeited (security deposit included).
Note: The County is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items of the renter and/or renters guests, or invitees.

** $75 fee if trash is not removed.
